TBD: The 2018 Annual Nativity Catholic School Gala
The Nativity Catholic School Gala is our primary school fundraiser! The first event occurred in 1984 and it has been going strong ever since. It is vital to bridge the financial gap between the operating costs of our school and the tuition that is charged.
We celebrate the great things that God has done for our school. It is a fun and exciting way to unite parents, faculty, staff, families, volunteers and our community in one common cause. By obtaining donations, the event focuses on tapping sources of income beyond the pocketbooks of our parents. It is a way to keep our tuition rates low, while still meeting our financial obligations.
Additionally, it is an evening of fellowship within our community that highlights the many attributes of our wonderful school and helps to continue the legacy of educational excellence and character development found at Nativity Catholic School. It is a semi-formal, community-wide event.

Silent & Live Auctions
Filled with vacation opportunities, unique events, gift certificates, gift baskets, jewelry, sporting goods and other items.
All items procured for our silent and live auction are generously donated by our school families, church parishioners, friends and local businesses.
Sign up Parties
Parent volunteers host “a party” on behalf of the school. A predetermined number of spaces to these parties are sold at the Gala. Each year, new and fun ideas are available and sought after.
Each class (PreK-5) and each grade (6-8) create a unique masterpiece to be sold at the Gala. All students participate in the creation of these priceless pieces of art.
Ladies and Mens Raffles
Special raffles are put together for the ladies and gentleman attending the event. Past prizes have been extremely popular and fun!

Donate to the GALA
Opportunities are everywhere! We live in a small city! Everybody knows someone, who knows someone! Get inspired and inspire others to donate! Donations are collected in September and October of each year. However, feel free to bring any item in to the Parish Office throughout the summer.

Advertise your business in our Nativity Gala booklet. The booklet is distributed to over 700 families in the Rhinelander area. Contact the Parish Office or the event coordinator, Brett Aylesworth, to purchase an advertisement.
Sponsoring the Event
This option enables your business to secure additional marketing value via expanded visibility and prominence in our gala booklet. Your support will directly benefit the students in areas such as operating expense support, new technology, facility upgrades and/or educational materials.
